Ordering on line on our site is safe, we use Authorize Net the Worlds Largest and Safest Credit Card Processer. When you put your credit card infomation in it leaves our site and go's to Authorize Net and is secure.

Order Placed, When do I Receive?

We mail quickly, most likely the next day.

Credit Card Data:

We do not have access to your credit card data on our site, only the Credit Card Processer does, this is safer than handing your card to a person in a store.

Priority Mail -- this takes two to three days to arrive not counting the day mailed.

Express Mail -- is next day in most major cities and second day in outlying areas, not counting the day mailed.

Some of the Historical Documents Mail Free by First Class Mail with 3 to 5 days Delivery Time.

Where do you get the soldiers?

We Purchase in China and USA.
We are allways looking for new suppliers, big and small.
If you are a small supplier we will talk to you.
We manufacture some product in Thornton Texas, USA.
We do have Metal Soldiers and Molds and Will add to our catalog as time permits.
We are underfunded and over worked and a All American Company and Yes We Really Enjoy what we do!!

Color on Soldiers rubbing off on hands:
Yes, we have noticed this to, it is normally the color in the release on the injection mold proceedure.
We try to get the bags before they ship and wash.
Soap and water takes care of the problem. We use kitchen liquid soap and sometimes just water.
The release is non toxic and not harmful just a pain. This only shows up on the real dark soldiers.

Glue --- When parts break, I recomend Loctite Plastic Bonder, it is far better than Super Glue (that works when wants) I find the Loctite Plastic Bonder is great, is a two part a activator and a second part super glue (made for plastic and other items). I also use hot glue in a hot glue gun made for plastic (polyethylene and polypropylene) our figures are made of these.

Paint and Painting-- I use Testors Model Master, a great paint, I use both oil base and water base and use the military color they offer.
Painting the eyes are the hardest.
Take your time, and mistakes happen and can always be painted over.
I use Osprey books to paint the correct uniforms and color that were worn not hollywoods version but what was worn.
Remember -- this is a hobby or school project Have fun and include the whole family you will be amazed how much fun you can have. Next work a a diorama and I bet the one who said I don't do that will be the first to help.

Painting:

Clean with Soap and Water, let dry, We use Model Master paint from Hobby Lobby. On some plastic you may have to use laquer thinner or minerial sprits to clean of the release left during production. Always clean with a solvent OUTSIDE not indoors, let dry and paint, on heavy used or handled items use a primer first before painting.

Fixing Bent plastic:

Use warm or hot water (sink or bowl) as you can stand on hand (not hot enough to burn yourself), place soldier or item in bowl or sink with hot water let sit for a minute remove with tongs or fork, or like item use towel to bend where you would like let cool in that position and done. Plastic has a memory and will set in that position.

Plastic Figures:
The Color of Figures does vary batch to batch and each manufacture colors are different.
Our Civil War 100 piece set are two different blues and two different grays.
For your information during most of the Civil War some Southerners wore blue and some Northerner wore gray.
The American Civil War was not planed in advance and the local state armys colors were worn during the most of the war.
