Hello,
We Mail by United States Mail System, and cost is by weight of item or item. That is the U. S. Post Office.
That included Domestic and International Mail.

We Mail Normally the Next Day from when ordered. Parcel Post (slow) Priority (Fast) or Express (Super Fast). That is if you order today it normally will Mail Tomorrow.

We Mail Express Mail, Fastest Way and Cost the most, Normally 1 to 2 days inside the U.S.
Not Counting the Day Mailed.

We Do Not Have OverNight Service.
We do not mail outbound UPS or Fed Ex.

We Do Not Mail The Same Day Ordered, Express or Priority Mail!

We Mail Priority Mail, Normally this takes 2 to 3 days inside the U.S.
Not Counting the Day Mailed.

We have started Mailing Parcel Post this takes 5 to 8 or more days to arrive in U.S.
Not counting the day mailed.
Parcel Post really only is cost effective on heavy item or many multi items.

So if Mailed on Monday your package by Priority Mail may arrive Wednesday (2 days) or Thursday (3 days).

International Orders are Different, Some take a week, some two weeks and some three weeks depending on Where they are and Customs. We do Customs all the time and normally go though quickly.
We still mail normally the next day. You will get a tracking number also.
International Mail Charges are Hard to Figure and sometimes high or over priced, we normally Refund a Mail OverCharge if Occured back to the Charge Method Used on the day after mailing.

We have no Control Over Mail Cost, High or Reasonable. We Mail the Method We do because it works for us and the Customer, most the time, packages arrive quickly and safely.

We allways email a tracking number if you gave a good email address, if you do not get one, ck spam filter or email or call us for the info.
We can only email you a tracking number after the items are mailed.

Some of the Historical Documents Mail Free by First Class Mail this takes 3 to 5 days to receive.

We normally mail the next day after order has been placed, business days Monday to Friday. That is 5 days a week.

We do not mail on Postal Holidays for the Post Office is Closed on these days.

During Christmas Holidays Mailing Out Does take longer.

Besttoysoldiers.com is Not Responsible for packages that have been left at the recipient's house or door and consequently lost and/or Stolen. We send a tracking number and all packages show delivery comformation.
So, if you have a problem with getting your mail Let us know and we will add that we need your signature to deliver your package.
Some Historical Documents are mailed First Class Mail with No Tracking number.

First. Your Data is Encrypted (this means no one but you can see while your on our site.)
Two. Your Data on Check out is Encrypted and Very Secure (by the lock on bottom of page)
Third. Your Data on Checking out go's the Authorize Net the Largest Credit Card Processor and is not saved by us. Only your email is saved for emailing your package tracking number, no other reason. Period.

Credit Cards: We require Billing Address to Match your Credit Card Statement, you can ship to anyone you want but for your safety your billing address must be correct.
That is the Address that your bill comes to.

You may ship to a different address than where your billing address is, simply on Checkout ck the box on ship to other address and then click on next and you will see the spot to fill in where to mail to.

The Security Code is NOT the one on your card, it is the squiggly code on the computer screen. This is to make sure a computer is not using your card.

If you can not finish your order Do Not Give Up, check out and chose check or money order and you can call in your credit card number by phone and we will complete your order, but fill out all the data so we can mail quickly and we make no mistakes, Please. The email address is the one that get's us most the time, we need to be sure we have the correct email so we can email you the tracking number.
We Never Sell or Give or let use Anyone's Email Address.

Credit Card Data: We do not have access to your credit card data on our site, only the Credit Card Processer does, this is safer than handing your card to a person in a store.
